The Company:
Our client is an international Operator with a particular focus on the Middle East region.

The Role:
Department/Section HR & Admin
Position Required Compensation Specialist
Reports to (Position) Compensation & HRIS Manager

Job Description/Major Duties (general job functions, responsibilities, day-to-day tasks & activities)
The Compensation Specialist responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Maintenance of employee data in People Soft System in accurate & timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely update of HR systems & tracking sheets.
- Prepare and produce the monthly HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Administration of housing loan.
- Administration of monthly payroll.
- Administration of employees’ benefits.
- Assist in performance management yearly exercise.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of salary surveys.
- Assist in salary planning exercise.
- Prepare salary offers.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Requirements (Minimum education required, background, experience, skills)
• Bachelor degree.
• Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 8 years HR experience in compensation role.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills (Excel, MS word, Power Point).
• Good time management and team work skills.
