The Role:
Primary Functions:
• In accordance with Management System Processes and Procedures ensure workforce is competent to levels required
• Build Offshore and Onshore Gas Terminal corporate requirements training plan
• Optimise Offshore & Gas Terminal discipline training plan
• Annual Review of Offshore & Gas Terminal discipline training plans
• Manage delivery of the combined agreed training plans above
• Process training requests, course bookings, issue of joining instructions etc
• Raise training requisitions as required in SAP
• Liase with training providers to produce bespoke courses for business needs
• Carry out individual training needs analysis
• Identify gaps and ensure plan is in place to close
• Audit individual training profiles
• Liaise with Competence Assurance Management Team Lead to resolve competency issues
• Ensure integrity of Competence Assurance Management System and provide support to users
• Schedule, track and record new office based employee inductions

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Critical Skills:

• Working knowledge of Offshore Legislative requirements
• Strong negotiating/influencing skills
• Ability to prioritise heavy workload
• Excellent organisational skills
• Requires minimum supervision – self managing
• Good communications, networking, facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the company, engenders trust.
• Self developer, active learner

Preferred Requirements

• Working knowledge of SAP
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• BOSIET certification
