The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Competency Coordinator – MS Analyst. In this role you will ensure that training and competency needs for the Drilling and Completions department are developed and deployed in liaison with the Corporate Learning and Development Team to ensure competency requirements for Operational Readiness are met. Other duties include:

• Assist in the design and development of competency frameworks in accordance with the Corporate Competency Management System and related Standards and Procedures
• Assist in the implementation of the Corporate Competency Management System within the Drilling & Completions Division
• Liaise with the Corporate Learning & Development Team regarding the development & implementation of the Corporate Competency Management System
• Assist supervisors in monitoring the achievement of new competencies and the expiration of previous training
• Assist in the development & implementation of Competency Assessment processes and procedures
• Assist with the Assessment of Competencies, and provide assistance with key development plans and initiatives
• Assist with the annual auditing of the Competency Framework
• Assist with the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
• Assist in the preparation, and routine updating, of a range of manuals, processes and procedures

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working an Oil & Gas Production or Drilling environment
• Experience within an oilfield service company
• Experience in facilitating workshops/ communication sessions
• Demonstrable project management and change management experience
• Experience in development of management system frameworks, templates and tools
• Experience in business process analysis
• Structured work approach and good organisational skills
• Good working knowledge MS office applications
