The Role:
Support and update training data in Compliance Tracking System (CTS).
Perform analysis of employees’ competency requirements through reference to the Competency Standards and gap assessment.
Utilize appropriate tools and databases to systematically track and report employees’ competency development progress. Coordinate, analyze and report training evaluation data using evaluation tools to identify training improvement opportunities.
Maintain records on number of personnel trained and budget spent for training.
Manage invoices for payment for training services rendered.
Enroll in training courses using Compliance Tracking System.
Analyze issues of non-compliance with legislative requirements applicable to safety training and certification of personnel. Investigate the causes of such situations and take corrective
