The Role:
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for the safe Engineering program of all initial completions, post production interventions and well abandonments. This includes and is not limited to all Engineering program related to wireline, electricline, coil tubing, hydraulic workover.
• In concert with Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering and Operations, and especially Completion Operations, ensures alignment along all phases of the well intervention and abandonment processes.
• Perform contract administration. Ensure that both parties reach the optimum agreements and maximize the deliverability for each others. Ensure that the Company’s expectation in OE is accepted and followed, by effectively implementing of a high quality Contractor HES Management Program (CHESM).
• Ensures that all environmental, regulatory and safety concerns are addressed and full compliance is maintained during the Engineering design of all initial completions, post production interventions and well abandonments.
• Develop and maintain Completions Group Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
• Implementation of a high quality Risk and Uncertainty Management Program (RUMS) including Management of Change (MOC) whenever deviations occur from SOP’s or approved Engineering designs.
• Routinely conduct project look back and benchmarking efforts to identify opportunities for improvement and the initiation of new work processes to achieve improvement. Provides a focus on Capital Expense and Operating Expense efficiency, benchmarking, and sharing best practices and lessons learned.
• Maintain and Develop in Engineering/Leader Competency. Participant in the necessary chevron processes. i.e. Capital Stewardship (CSOC), OEMS.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher
• Minimum 5 years experiences in oil & gas business or related field
• Be a Self-starter and ready to work offshore periodically
• Fluent in English communication
