The Company:
A Major Operator
Schedule: 5/2 for locals, 14/14 rotation for non locals

The Role:
On-site manager for completion operations on the company's land locations in the Permian.
The Well Site Manager is responsible for supervising the initial completion, workover and intervention operations with specific focus on Operational Excellence including Health Safety & Environmental compliance, Risk Management, Reliability and Efficiency.
Operations are often executed in environmentally sensitive areas that have numerous complexities including simultaneous operations, complex fishing and remedial operations.
The primary goal is to meet all pre-defined well objectives while maintaining an Incident Free Operation.
This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
Supervise the field operation including hydraulic franking, Wireline, coil tubing, workover, drill outs,

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 10years oil field experience including 3 years as a supervisor.
Demonstrated experience in supervision workover operations, frac operations, Wireline, hydraulic frac, and coil tubing.
Strong communication skills are imperative.
Well control Certification.
Strong emphasis on safety of personnel and assures compliance with all applicable government regulations and company policies.
Experience in personnel mentoring & training

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in Horizontal drilling.
