The Role:
Completions and Well Intervention Engineer (CWI) - Plug & Abandonment Engineer:

Requirements:
• >5 years Engineering/Operations experience in Offshore Completion, Well Intervention or Abandonment
• Preferred experience with Direct Vertical Access Wells (DVA) and Fix Platforms.
• 1) Technically sound on Well Intervention Operations: E-line, Slick Line, Coil Tubing, Pumping.
• 2) Technically sound on offshore Plug and Abandonment Operations: Hydraulic Pulling Units, Snubbing, Rig-less.
• 3) Technically sound on offshore Completions Interventions: New Completions, Workovers.


R&R:
• Follow all HSE Standards and Guidelines.
• Design and Plan Well Intervention Programs for the GoM, according to the Shell’s Well Delivery Process.
• Support Operational execution of Well Intervention approved programs.
• Address any plan change during execution as needed.
• Work with multidisciplinary team (Production Engineer, Regulatory Affairs, Operations).
• Office based job with eventual requirement to travel offshore or shop visits as needed.
