The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
My operator Client has a current vacancy for a Completions Coordinator to perform a 3 month contract on a FIFO basis to Barrow Island. The position will have a rotation of 28/28.

Duties include:
• Become familiar with the Project Systems Completion Execution Plan
• Become familiar with the Project Turnover schedule and support the Completion management in all matters related to the process of punch listing.
• Facilitate punch lists walkdowns at Mechanical Completion.
• Support the Completions teams in identifying the possible schedule impacts as a consequence of delays in getting the Punch List sign-offs.
• Responsible for implementing the PL procedure and support project metrics.
• Responsible for interfacing with construction, commissioning and operations to ensure closure of PL items.
• Responsible for sign-off of PL and exception section in the certification process.
• Review and all of the punch list items identified during the systems’ walk downs and ensure the information is inputted correctly in the management system.
• Expedite the review and signing of the completed punch lists by the personnel so as to ensure the completion of the Systems and Subsystems in a timely manner.
• Responsible for improving the PL process to support the turnover and handover of sub-systems.
• Maintain, control and oversee all Punch List turnover records.
• Coordinate responsible authorities for the sign-off of all Punch List documentation.
• Support the Completions teams in identifying the possible schedule impacts as a consequence of delays in getting the Punch List sign-offs.
• Interfaces with the Systems Completion Database (Zenator) to manage and report punchlists and exceptions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with a high level of commitment and energy to properly handle high volumes of work that need to be addressed in tight time frames.
• At least 10+ years’ experience in completions or commissioning on EPC projects. Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Experience in project turnover processes and interfacing with Clients’, Completions’ and Subcontractors’ teams.
• Experience in the preparation of turnover packages is considered an asset.
• Proficient in Instrumentation and Electrical background and able to read P&IDs and SLDs.
• Experience in leading a team and interfacing with different stakeholders
• Computer literate; Microsoft Office suite. Conversant with Turnover software (WinPCS, Zenator or similar).
