Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Completions Dossier Facilitator to join leading Oil and Gas Operator for 2 month contract based on Barrow Island, 14/14 rotation. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

•Continuously update and maintain the status of System Turnover and associated forms and certification in conjunction with using the Zenator database for the Project
•Allocate & Generate Project Certificates from templates stored in Zenator
•Monitor and execute (compilation) dossiers, Walkdown packs daily. Printing of boundary drawings, reports and certificates necessary to compile the dossiers.
•Collating and printing of necessary RLMU’s from documentum for dossiers. Differentiate the latest drawings available and required for Walkdowns and for Formal Turnover/Handover Dossiers.
•Process and scanning of walk down packs and check if there are any changes to RLMU’s,
•Scanning and merging of completed dossiers into documentum. Archiving of dossiers and ITR’s.
•Liaise with System Owners for the expedient close out of dossier issues.
•Discipline specific background preferable in Instrumentation or Electrical disciplines in order to support systemization, data verification efforts pertaining to the database.
•Assist in the processing and transmitting of ITR’s to a third party (Implementation Contractors)
•Assist in the ITR verification of submitted ITRs from the various contractors. This process is currently being done electronically

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Knowledge of Work procedures.
•Technical knowledge, in at least one discipline, preferable Instrumentation or Electrical.
•Ability to address the task directly or refer to work done by others to address the task
•Able to manage data and database features.
•Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
•Can develop or modify, as needed, and deliver required reports, certificates and documents.
•Able to use and adhere to applicable laws, corporate guidelines, instructions, and best practices to produce the documentation required.
•Industry experience. An understanding of nature of construction and commissioning
•Problem solving skills, Flexibility and Pro-activeness.
•Ability to implement and support completions procedures and processes
•Understand the task being given and execute efficiently
•Previous experience in the Turnover/Completions department would be preferable
•Ability to understand Work Scope boundaries in documentation
