The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
For our client we are looking for a Completions Dossier Facilitator – Zenator (I&E). On offer is 6 months contract, 14 / 14 rotation to Barrow Island.

Your key duties include:
• Administer Completion Management System input and reporting
• Implement systems mark-ups to electrical single line diagram and control block diagrams
• Validation of tags systems mark-ups in the completions database
• Allocation of ITRs to electrical and instrumentation systems
• Complies with project procedures and guidelines
• Ensure timely entry/scanning of documents into systems
• Maintain Completions library and electronic file structure
• Generate/Maintain Completions reports and statistics for the Site Completions Management tools (TOSTR and Zenator)
• Report document quality issues
• Prepare handover packages as required
• Produce electronic and paper packages of documents as directed
• Ensure documents are distributed to those who need them, when they need them, in the correct format (paper / electronic) and in the required quantities
• Interface with the commissioning engineers to ensure all vendor information is in Zenator

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will have:
• Previous experience of commissioning systems limits and reading technical drawings such as P&IDs, SLD, etc.
• Understanding of database/spreadsheet concepts and data input/manipulation
• Undergraduate degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• Experience in Completions Management systems (ZENATOR,TOSTR,..).
• At least 10 years’ experience in administering Instrumentation and Control System completions or commissioning on EPC projects.
• An understanding of applicable project standards that define the commissioning, completions and start-up of industrial plants
• Proficient in English (written and oral)

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience in industrial construction environment
• Experience in Quality or Completions clerical role
