The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Completions E & I SC Coordinator based on Barrow Island on a 12 month contract.

The role will have the following responsibilities:
• Communicate with BWI and Fab yard team to ensure MOC (management of change) is understood and implemented as agreed
• Communicate with subcontractor, BWI construction, commissioning on site activities to ensure completions department continuous support BWI.
• Be familiar with the systemisation and ITR assignment.
• Review and refine completion process to work efficiently
• Administrative with Completions tools
• Familiar with Zenator completions tools to troubleshoot BWI with ITR issues and assist on any completions report issues.
• Responsible for ITR template and Matrix update
• To ensure integrity of data, check engineering data on a periodic basis and perform updates as required.
• Verify and systemised Tags to the correct subsystems.
• Action DCRs coming from BWI.
• Review and allocate ITRs to respective disciplines as per TTM.
• Understand the TLCB assignment
• Ensure Vendor installed flag is set correctly
• Assist Completions coordinator with daily activities
• Check the ITR assignment
• Raising and validating Technical Query for any completions issue.

You will be required to demonstrate extensive knowledge of:
• Extensive experience and knowledge of the Commissioning, Site Completion. Technical knowledge in E&I disciplines. (Turnover/Handover) process
• The requirements of the Turnover/Handover process in terms of documentation and certification.
• Experience and working knowledge of tools (Databases, portals, online reports – Zenator)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Able to screen proposed change to determine if it meets all screening criteria
• Able to communicate and facilitate prompt assessment of the Completion process in relation to completions implementation
• Analytical and planning ability
• Problem solving skills, Flexibility and Pro-activeness.
• Leadership and coordination skills to drive the process at the project level.
• Able to provide expertise in his or her discipline.
• Ability to read technical and systemized drawings
• Industry experience. An understanding of nature of construction and commissioning.
• Able to provide support to multiple customers
• Ability to train / mentor completions team
• Understands the dynamics of teams and how to engage with effectively with teams.
• Ability to make decision or recommend solution to achieve project goal.
• Team player
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
