The Role:
The Completions Preparation Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Completion & Interface Manager by ensuring the uniform Completion approach of all facilities is achieved in line with Company expectations and technical requirements for the project as set out in the governing documents. The Completions Preparation Coordinator is expected to update and maintain the Completion Management System (CMS) throughout the project and collate and maintain the Completions dossiers together with the systems responsible Commissioning Engineers.

•Ensure that Company HSE policies and procedures are adhered to in all phases of the work. General HSE follow-up and monitoring.
•Provide guidance and leadership on all matters relating to Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning and handover process.
•Assist projects in planning, development and implementation of Systems Completion Plans.
•Assist in developing completions handover procedures and completions dossiers.
•Ensure that the Completions dossiers are completed and maintained.
•Participate in the process to establish and implement a Completion Management System (CMS), to be used as Mechanical Completion, Preservation and Commissioning tool for all facilities and locations in the project;
•Ensure, evaluate and confirm/develop the computerized Completion Management System (CMS) so that it can efficiently be is used for tracking of progress, punchlist, preservation, issuing of certificates, and other purposes as outlined in the project Completion documents.
•Ensure that the CMS is populated and structured with the correct data from engineering according to completions requirements.
•Identify and manage (allocate) the suites of Mechanical Completion Check Records (MCCR) and Commissioning Preparation Check Records (CPCR).
•Develop and manage the various Completions certificates in accordance with project guidelines.
•Work closely with Engineering group to ensure their understanding of Completions requirements and that design is tailored to provide seamless and timely information from Engineering through Construction and handover to Commissioning.
•Ensure Completions requirements are communicated and included in all relevant procurement packages.
•Quality check contractors Engineering data registers by checking IFC drawings against Engineering data transferred into CMS.
•Assist the Construction group in planning coordination of Det Norske involvement in Mechanical Completion activities.
•Assist in monitoring and guiding EPC contractor's Mechanical Completion organizations with respect to all Mechanical Completion activities:
•Mechanical Completion planning and execution procedures, processes, and deliverables
•Assist in the development of Mechanical Completion management procedures including:
•Identification and allocation of Mechanical Completion Check Records (MCCR)
•Handover to Commissioning (RFC)
•Provide input to weekly as well as monthly reports as required by the project.
•Complete special studies, projects and assignments as needed.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•University degree within engineering or construction
•Less formal education may be compensated by documented relevant experience

•Minimum 15 years experience of construction / completion of large North Sea Projects
•Previous project experience working with Project completion systems (onshore and offshore)
•Experience with EPC type contracts
•Experience working with SE Asian Contractors
