The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
This position balances support between the completions (Turnover/Handover) dossier team, the Database team and the punch list coordinator responsibilities. The Completions Manager will provide guidance on the priorities, but the person occupying the position must be able to balance the shift in priorities and be fluent in the three areas he/she will be supporting.

Responsibilities
Follow the Project Completions Plan and procedures. Support the Completions databases (TOSTR, Zenator) with data input and reporting. Including but not limited to: tag creation, document allocation, processing and transmitting; punch list creation, report generation for various documentation and tracking purposes. Prepare paper and electronic turnover/handover packages, including walk down packs. Support timely entry/scanning of documents into systems. Ensure documents are distributed correctly and in the right format to required entities. Work as a team player in a supportive, cooperative and proactive manner; sharing information and liaising with colleagues to provide support and cover when required. Responsible for compiling and communicating the 2 weeks look ahead of systems to be walked down.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficient use of Completions Databases (TOSTR, Zenator) for oil & gas projects in the execution phase, in line with the Completions process intent. Proficient in application of the completions processes, tools, and practices for punch listing, turnover dossiers and quality forms (ITRs) allocation, transmitting and processing. Able to interact with contractors and identify work scope in order to allocate and process ITRs. Able to work with systemized drawings in order to assure database integrity. Able to manage/manipulate data and reporting, as well as paper and electronic document management. At least 5 years previous experience working on job site with hands on experience of the job, in a busy environment with deadline driven schedules. Able to demonstrate a flexible approach to solutions and the execution of Zenator database and completion processes.
