The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
Responsible for administration of Head Contract Compliance Requirements:
Identification & assessment of Contractors & Consultants agent activities as they relate to Project Compliance Program
Communication of all relevant written policies, procedures & guidelines of the Compliance Program as required.
Monitoring Compliance training requirements
Maintaining records for all Contractors & Consultants pertaining to Compliance Programme requirements
Completion of Due Diligence requirements with respect to Implementation Contractors & Vendors (DDR’s; DDQ;Denied Parties)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, Economics or Degree Qualified n related field.
Formal contract administration or compliance related experience in the Oil and Gas industry
Knowledge/experience of anti-corruption compliance requirements applicable to Oil & Gas projects.
Good communicator and a team player, as the contracts role requires facilitation between different business functions.
This is made more complex still by the Gorgon project’s activities being spread across several locations (Perth,London, Module yards, Barrow Island, Henderson, Dampier etc)
Acute attention to detail
Commercial acumen in being able to review in terms of Compliance commercial documents presented such as Auditors review of Annual Accounts, RFA’s, Bid Tabs etc.
Ready to adopt a flexible work approach, Self motivated and able to work without supervision
Demonstrated abilities to analyse inconsistencies, identify options and recommend solutions to deviations / problems

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Multi-disciplined background
Self-starter, capable of using initiative and able to work with minimum supervision
Competent user of Microsoft Office suite of software
Able and willing to be trained in the use of computerised, web-based Document Management systems
