The Company:
Our client is a leading Global Oil and Gas Operating Company.

The Role:
Individual to work with Regulatory Compliance and Environmental Team for environmental compliance data management and reporting

- Gather information and data and prepare mandatory compliance and corporate reporting, including:
- Air quality facility operating reports
- GHG emissions
- Under Ground Injection (UIC)
- Wastewater discharge
- Consumptive water use
- Surface land data
- Other sustainability data
- Environmental data management:
- Compile environmental compliance data on a monthly basis as input for mandatory reporting.
- Conduct data quality assurance / quality control.
- Serve as SPOC on compliance databases (OPS, TEAMS)
- Compliance performance data analysis and reporting
- Prepare monthly compliance report, including details of various incidents and trending
- Work with Compliance Authorities to obtain review of potential noncompliances for review by Regulatory Compliance and Environmental Manager
- MSDS database support, entry, and coordination
- Support Compliance Authorities, Environmental Advisors, Compliance Advisors, and operations personnel with developing Compliance Task Manager (CTM) tasks, use CTM data to determine compliance and learning trends
- Ad hoc data or report requests
- HSE file support and coordination
Various external and internal mandatory environmental and HSE reports including but not limited to:
- Quarterly Facility Operating Reports
- Annual and monthly consumptive water use reports
- UIC quarterly reports
- Corporate sustainability report data feed, including internal GHG reporting
- Monthly compliance reports
- Orange book compliance data feed
- Monthly / quarterly / annual wastewater discharge reports
- Annual drinking water report
- Tundra travel reports
- Lease operations reports
- Ad hoc reports

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience & Knowledge
• Entry Level (1 to 4 years professional experience)
• Bachelor’s degree (emphasis on environmental science or policy background)
• Highly Organized
• Strong Computer Skills
• Database Proficiency

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Environmental Compliance background
• Self starter – ability to prioritize tasks and manage overall workflow with little oversight
• Problem solver – ability to isolate a problem and recommend solutions
• Good influencer – ability to work with others to gather information or gather feedback on issues
• Attention to detail – compliance data must be accurate and reliable
