The Company:
Our client is a leading global operator with activity and oilfield assets in over 20 countries globally. To assist in operations in project delivery in Iraq we are now looking to appoint a Contracting & Compliance Contracts Review Specialist to be based in the UK and to oversee JV activity on a ground breaking oilfield enhancement project on one of the world's largest oilfield assets

The Role:
The successful candidate will tasked with the following activities and tasks:

• sets up policies and process for the procurement activities and ensuring compliance to set regulations, policies and process is a critical area of the business
• supports procurement and supply chain activity
• reviews contract governanceand creates process for continuous improvement.
• coaches and trains prourement and supply chain personel across the M East region in the implementation and application of processes
• produces reports as required to communicate compliance with the relevant standards and supports the Compliance Team Lead on other governance initiatives as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
We are keen to receive applications from candidates with the following skills & experience:

• University degree (3-4 year Bachelor degree) or equivalent
• Experience working in the Middle East or PSCM
• Arabic or Chinese speaker - prefered
• Experience working in a JV environment
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
