The Role:
Main tasks:

•Implementation of new gas turbine blading components into production during technology transfer and in case of portfolio extension and lead products to serial production release.
•Ensuring that all technical requirements for safe operation after reconditioning are met and documented.
•Assuming technical responsibility to continuously optimize reconditioning cost, throughput time and scrap rates.
•Providing technical specifications, documents, protocols and drawings for the reconditioning portfolio.
•Optimization of component-specific production sequence in terms of cost, technical risks and lead time.
•Non Conformance Report (NCR) processing.
•Definition of investigation scope for metallurgical analysis.
•Issuing technical reports and investigation reports.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or B. Eng with 5 years of relevant experience.
•English language: Advanced.
•Sound knowledge of gas turbine blading components repair and production processes.
•Knowledge of gas turbine blading components degradation.
•Basic knowledge of nickel base and cobalt base super-alloy metallurgy.
•Applicants must be willing to work in KCN Phú Mỹ 1,Huyện Tân Thành,Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu.
