The Company:
Our Client is the Operator of one of the largest remaining gas fields with estimated reserves of about 3tcf, to be produced during a 30 year lifespan, will meet about 8% of the country's gas requirements.

The Role:
To provide administration and technical assistance to the CMMS Analyst and the onshore/offshore operation support teams in all areas of the SAP Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) data management and training

Duties and responsibilities:
•End User Support (1st Line) - dealing with queries from on and offshore SAP End Users.
•Dealing with change requests, change management issues - chasing up/reminders and making the necessary changes in SAP.
•Ensure that changes to PM master data are managed and executed in a timely manner, using the ZC notification process.
•Ensure that procedural and training documentation is kept up to date.
•Working with CMMS Analyst to define, develop, test and implement SAP system development projects.
•Assist the CMMS analyst in training end users either as 1 to 1 training or in the form of training classes.
•Liaise with engineering contractors to gather data used for building maintenance plans, then create relevant PMR’s and associated master data, such as material master data and bill of materials in SAP.
•The incumbent in this position would normally be required to perform a role within the Emergency Response Team.
•The incumbent will be trained on CMMS to Power User minimum but will receive higher training that will ensure his/her sufficient knowledge where he/she can perform selected CMMS Administrator duties in his/her absence. Power users will be expected to assist in the training of all CMMS users. Responsible for the installation of new release software on customer machines under the direction of the CMMS Analyst.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Access and PowerPoint. SAP experience is preferable but not essential as training will be given. Data experience is required as opposed to configuration. Good understanding of the Oil and Gas Industry.
