The Company:
Our Client oversees and manages all the operations associated with major LNG projects.

The Role:
The advisor is expected to be a leader, work as part of a team or individually assuming duties that include but not limited to; Provide technical support and advice to Discipline Engineers, Operations & maintenance. Lead major equipment monitoring modification / upgrade projects & new initiatives to improve Rotating equipment reliability.
Lead multi-disciplinary Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) sessions for high consequence / chronic failures related to Turbo machineries. Performs technical validations/ evaluations : High consequence Recommendations issued by the condition monitoring group Proposed improvements required to improve the reliability, availability, and
maintainability of rotating equipment. Presentations to company management and peers. Keeps up-to-date with new methodologies Coordinates with internal and external parties on technical issues Assume a pivotal role in the development of team members by Coaching and mentoring so that they are able to carry out their duties to a high standard.. Contributes in developing business plan for section.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
B.S.C. in a relevant engineering discipline, or recognized equivalent.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and presentation skills and the ability to lead teams.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a culturally diverse workplace are essential
Must have in depth knowledge of Design & operating principles of Turbo machinery & Rotating equipment International codes & standards Maintenance management Advance Machinery diagnostics tools & systems Industry codes and standards, Root cause analysis techniques Must be trained in machinery diagnostics, maintenance, troubleshooting, failure analysis, & condition monitoring
Must have minimum twenty (20) years Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
Must have fifteen (15) years rotating equipment &/or Condition Monitoring experience.
