The Role:
Mechanical technical certificate/diploma or relevant engineering, with 3 years experience in either maintenance/ operation background in Oil and Gas Industry;
Good knowledge in high speed complex rotating equipment and their maintenance techniques / strategies, repairs, diagnostics and fault analysis. (Multistage steam turbines, Gas Turbines, Centrifugal pumps, motors, gearboxes, turbo compressors, screw compressors, Extruders, Reciprocating Compressors etc.)
Must have proven experience in execution of collecting vibration data/analysis, lube oil sampling and familiar with Online Vibration Systems.
Solid experience in execution of various condition monitoring techniques.
Proven knowledge in various failure modes and troubleshooting procedures; root cause analysis (RCA).
Excellent knowledge of SAP is required;
Coach and Lead team members to meet and/or exceed expectations.
Experience of working with wide variety of complex operational reliability challenges is preferred.
Working knowledge of Asset Maintenance & Integrity standards and practices;
Basic understanding of Regulatory and procedural materials relevant for engineering (API, ISO, BS EN, etc).
