The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Connected Car Programme Manager

To lead the planning and delivery of one of our client's Connected Car programmes for the introduction of Telematics/Infotainment services; in conjunction with Smartphone/Tablet Apps built on a Cloud platform. Ensuring all delivery aspects are managed and executed to plan, and coordinating the delivery activities of a complex and diverse stakeholder base.

We will need an assertive self-starter, with a high degree of self-confidence, professionalism and good executive presence. Proven track record of planning and delivering complex technology programmes involving multiple third parties and geographies. Proven ability to deliver across the technical, operational and commercial aspects of technology & transformation programmes. Expert knowledge of MS Project and project management methodologies: e.g. Prince2, PMBOK, PMI, MSP (with certification).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Implementation and management of project governance and tracking processes to ensure assigned projects deliver to quality, time and cost constraints
* Develop and maintain overall project plans and ensure alignment of underlying individual workstream plans within the overall project plans ensure alignment across all project plans at critical milestones
* Ensure inter-workstream dependencies are tracked on overall project plan and ensure alignment with on-vehicle milestones
* Manage RAID logs, ensure all risk / issues are clearly documented and tracked with resolution and mitigation plans
* Provide appropriate communication to all stakeholders within both the Connected Car, Vehicle Program teams and external partners
* Determine project roles of team members based on project requirements, timeframes and budgets
* Manage project change control processes to ensure alignment of all project stakeholders
* Ensuring completion of all project gateways meet entry/exit criteria
