The Role:
- To regularly and efficiently report to the Construction Manager
- To assist whenever needed the project assistant
- To conduct all construction/commissioning/Engineering team assistance tasks and some of the office assistance tasks (as overtime, leave requests, timesheet, kitchen, stationary, furniture, locker management, parking management, etc)
- Ensure that absence of personnel is controlled (absence log management). Report in case of missing personnel. Coordinate with CPY POB table.
- Maintain the daily manpower POB table on CTR side
- Maintain Master documentation: Record, file, dispatch and archive all construction engineering documentation received via e-room (Hard and softcopy), organize and maintain construction Hard Drive for the use of inspectors, maintain the database
- To maintain and monitor the stock of construction equipment. Identify dispatching of equipment, and launch procurement action when required
- Assist the pre-commissioning coordinator in the preparation and execution of pre-commissioning tasks, upon request : Maintain the follow-up data for piping discipline, based on test packs data, Record in a register all incoming and outgoing pre-commissioning record from/to CONTRACTOR, Expedite both Contractor and Construction Team members in the review and approval of pre-commissioning dossiers, Replace the pre-commissioning coordinator or the pre-commissioning admin as needed
- To provide required information from OASIS system upon request
- To be the sponsor of motivation enhancement program and actions within CR and CY teams
- To follow up and improve the Ulsan worksite workers camp (welfare) and CPY offices
- Native Korean language, Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Highly competent in administrative duty, with a knowledge of engineering, able to understand technical issues and to record minutes of meeting, Proficient in computer skills and softwares.
- Reporting skills, Coordination and adaptability. Good relationship with other cultures
- Administrative background in his discipline > 10 years, with > 5 years in oil & gas projects
- Must possess a valid driving license.
