The Role:
◦Clearly identify and define all tasks to be carried out as site repairs by the offshore construction teams.
◦Ensure standard procedures are in place for all site repair tasks.
•Liaise with offshore construction personnel to identify all required materials for site repairs tasks both onshore and off.
•Liaise with offshore construction supervision to ensure the back log of site repair tasks is reduced too and kept to the agreed minimum levels.
•Develop work packs, job cards and certification requirements from drawings and project information.
•Input into 28 Day / 90 Day / Offshore Construction Level 4 Schedule & Histograms.
•Supply Offshore Construction POB requirements by work pack.
•Monitor and advise Workpack Completion status and dates.
•Advise Material Controller of Offshore Construction Material requirements and availability,
•Schedule and advise Manpower Requirements with MD Focal Point.
•Input into FAT's and Offshore Site Inspections and surveys as required,
•Assist where necessary to address urgent issues, queries, etc.
•Willing and able to undertake Offshore Visits as required.
•Accountable for the delivery of construction work packs.
•Liaise with offshore construction supervisors to ensure they have adequate facilities; workshops, tools and materials storage.
•Liaise with discipline engineering/design for work pack deliverables, SOW and vendor information.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
◦Apprenticeship or equivalent
◦ONC/ HNC
◦Mechanical construction background, whether time-served, offshore construction person or onshore based design/engineering.
◦Fabrication & construction knowledge/ back ground
◦Experienced in Offshore Construction workpack development or similar.
◦Proven Oil & Gas Onshore & Offshore related experience or similar
