The Company:
Our Client oversees and manages all the operations associated with major LNG projects.

The Role:
Job Purpose:
Oversee planning and execution of all fabrication activities related to P project.
„Ensure the fabrication objectives are met within the approved scope, budget andschedule.
„Work closely with PMT prior and during project execution to ensure that EPC contractorcompletes all fabrication on time to execute the scope safely and smoothly
„Lead the Fabrication team at EPC contractor premises.
„Responsible for safe completion of all fabrication works.
„Responsible for internal Constructability review during design & fabrication works
„Review and evaluate the Subcontractors proposal for any fabrication/constructionactivities (coating, intelligent pigging, fabrication...) as part of the tenderingprocurement process.
„Participate in weekly Topsides execution review meetings.
„Provides assistance in construction/engineering activities in other areas where required.

Duties:
Ensuring fabrication is progressed in accordance with agreed schedule, budget and quality requirements.
Ensure fabrication work carried out in accordance with Company rules, regulations, and standards and permit to work procedures.
Assist PMT in meeting RGEE expectation as required
Monitor and appraise contractor fabrication activities, plans and performance. Report progress, performance, initiatives, issues, and challenges to Senior Project Engineer.
Review the fabrication sequence, work plan/procedures and pre-task planning to ensure comprehensive feasibility and safety.
Participate in establishing the Construction Execution Plans for projects.
Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members, including consultants and contractor personnel.
Assist the EPC Contractor in the implementation of site specific HSE programs.
Participate in incident/accident investigation and prevention of recurrence.
Actively participates in ensuring and enforcing construction safety both for company personnel and contractors.
Monitor and appraise contractor’s performance and recommend corrective action to be taken where deficiencies are detected; verify actions are taken.
Coordinate resolution of production and technical issues with appropriate company and contractor resources on and off-site.
Review field change requests and change assessments in accordance with Management of Change Plan.
Provides input to Lessons Learned evaluation program.
Participates in Constructability reviews and provides valued critique on EPC Contractor methodology and/or practices.
Provides input into performance evaluation of contractors.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at alllevels from senior management to field labor.
Good technical and supervisory skills.
Minimum 15 years’ experience with major oil & gas capital projects.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Engineering/Construction Supervisory position foreither Client or Contractor. Broad experience in all phases of Engineering & Fabrication ispreferred.
