The Company:
Our client is a leading oil and gas company.

The Role:
Responsible for monitoring HSE, progress, quality, and compliances issues during project detail design, implementation, and completion activities. Ensure technical, quality, and compliance issues are reported, reviewed, and resolved in an efficient, controlled, and auditable manner. Review specifications and engineering drawings and documents to ensure compliance with regulatory and international rules as applicable. Provide quality construction engineering support and coordination to the project team, interfacing with existing facilities including but not limited to the full range of construction engineering/input. Coordinate and supervise design, procurement, fabrication, and installation activities. Requires at least ten years of experience in the field or in a related area. Work autonomously within established procedures and practices and is a champion of best practices and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree

10+ years experience in the following;

Facilities Planning
Knowledge of common Safety Hazards and Practices
Knowledge of Construction Tools
Knowledge of Safety Practices and Procedures
Logistics
Maintain safety and good housekeeping standards
Materials Management
Project Management
Project Management of Contractors
Project Planning
