The Company:
A leading Australian coal seam gas explorer and producer focused on developing its world-class reserves for domestic and international supply.

The Role:
• Work for an international Oil & Gas company on their Coal Seam Gas assets
• Long term contract role (typically 12 to 24 months)
• Rotational FIFO position on a 19/9 roster

In this role, you will provide direction and support to the Construction Manager across various areas. This includes reporting on the status of the project, sub-contractor and contractor performance, resources, safety, environmental, schedule and support backup within projects. You will develop all facility project plans, standards, policies and procedures.

Further to this, you will implement change management and supervisory processes across all construction related issues within projects. You will also manage scoping and control resources affecting process, production and end dates, reviews, KPIs and completion processes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent years experience
• Technical understanding of Power and Fibre Optics
• Recorded history of delivery on Oil and Gas construction project from both a Project Owner and Contractor perspective
• Management experience overseeing a construction team from multiple disciplines
