The Company:
Our Client appears in the FTSE 100 index and is an international energy services company specializing in Oil and Gas and has annual revenues of over £2.6 billion. They believe that it is the people that drive their success, from Project Managers, Project Engineers, consultants to designers and commercial personnel. They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK.

The Role:
The candidate is required to make offshore management visits.

Main Duties:
Responsible for delivery of construction workpacks, and offshore construction and commissioning of CP's and Projects across 8 platforms. Responsible for alignment of working practices across all platforms, delivery of services within contract KPI's, and also continuous improvement of the construction service. To manage, develop and support the construction and commissioning delivery process offshore in a safe, structured and cost effective manner ensuring consistency over all Sigma 3 assets.
o Ensure workscopes are effectively managed and resources utilised effectively.
o Develop Construction/Commissioning and Implementation personnel to suit needs of individual and business.
o Ensure contract processes are fully understood and implemented.
o Ensure Change Control procedures and processes are adhered to during offshore execution.
o Ensure effective reporting system in place to record progress and non productive times.
o Maintain resource forecast data and manage/deploy resources to suit demand.
o Monitor punch-list closeouts post offshore handover, within closeout KPI's.
o Liaise with Asset Implementation Focal Point(s) regarding ongoing workscopes.
o Long term succession planning and development of personnel.
o Long term shutdown planning and estimate support.
o Maintain link with SORT 4 focal point.
o Monitor 90 day plan with a view to bedding limitations and potential conflicts with other platform activities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
o Sound knowledge and experience of Construction methods, Planning and Reporting
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Strong Leadership Qualities
o Oil and gas related offshore experience
o Computer Literate
