The Company:
A leading Australian coal seam gas explorer and producer focused on developing its world-class reserves for domestic and international supply.

The Role:
Fircroft have been asked to source a Construction Manager to provide direction and support to Senior Management in a number of areas.

• Work for the CSG project owner
• Long term contract (12 to 24 months)
• Rotational role to Chinchilla

The Construction Manager will regularly report on the status of the project, sub-contractor and contractor performance. You will develop all assigned project plans, standards, policies and procedures.

Typically, the incumbent will implement change and supervise construction across the project area. You will manage the work scope and resources which affect processes, production and end dates.

• Daily reporting on the project schedule and other issues
• Develop all designated project plans, standards, policies and procedures
• Provide direction to superintendents, supervisors, sub-contractors and vendor personnel

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent years experience
• Experience work in a similar role for both the project owner and contractor
• Record of achievement working on large scale onshore Oil & Gas construction projects

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Chartered member of a relevant engineering institution
