The Role:
Basic Purpose of Job:


Construction Manager required to coordinate offshore Engineering and Construction crew, Based in Aberdeen.


Supervisory and Managerial Duties:

Main Duties:
Ensure onshore construction department in Glasgow produce Engineering Workpacks to required standard as well as coordinate constructability reviews during design process. Provide construction expertise during onshore design phases.



Interface with HR Dept to ensure offshore crews needs are satisfied and addressed.
Interface with Operator on / offshore to ensure bedding is available offshore for construction crews. Ensure that crews are deployed offshore as required to liquidate workload and satisfy client's requirements.



Manage onshore TAR Coordinator on day-to-day basis and ensure that TAR scopes are made ready in advance of shutdowns.



Liaise with recruitment department to ensure necessary personnel are available for offshore rotas.



Liaise with T&C department to ensure that offshore crew are suitably trained for role.



Report directly to Contract Manager on construction / project issues as they arise.



Health and Safety Responsibilities:

Education & Qualifications:
HND or equivalent.



Specific Training / Specialist Skills:
Current survival, medical and drug screen



Experience:
Relevant oil and gas industry experience.



Personal Skills:
Good Interpersonal skills required for coordinating offshore crews.

Good Communication skills, verbal and written

Demonstrate Leadership capabilities
