The Role:
Basic Purpose of Job:
contract based in Westhill.

Manage and coordinate all construction commissioning and close out activities

Supervisory and Managerial Duties:

Main Duties:
Implementation of work scopes and plans in conjunction with contracts objectives
Drive continuous improvement and development of onshore and offshore team
Ensure all relevant performance targets are achieved and standards are met.
Participate in regular asset conference calls.
Support the daily progress meetings and TAR morning call with the supervisory team.
Ensure contents of work packs meet with scope requirements
Liaise Project Managers, Engineers Construction Coordinators / engineering support as required
Check daily reports are accurate and reflect current status
Help identify resource requirements and competencies required.
Liaise with key client engineers to ensure correct priorities are being maintained.
Ensure construction inductions are carried out by supervision
Recruiting and down manning of personnel with HR support
Open door policy to issues raised by team members
Allocation of work to supervisory team
Cascading of latest regulations and standards to the supervisory team
Assist with Business Improvement Initiatives
Provide input and adhere to all Project Procedures
Verify and sign time sheets
Attendance at TAR and construction meetings pre mob / demob as and when required.
Ownership of client asset specific training matrix

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

Education & Qualifications:
HND or equivalent.

Specific Training / Specialist Skills:
Current survival, medical and drug screen

Relevant oil and gas industry experience.

Personal Skills:
IT skills with regard to MS Excel, Word and e-mail
Good Communication skills, verbal and written
Demonstrate Leadership capabilities
