The Company:
2 weeks on 2 weeks off rotation

The Role:
Responsible for execution and coordination of packing and shipping plans. Ensure on time delivery of materials in accordance with contract terms and conditions. Provide updates for material status and open purchase orders, including expediting, tracking and returns. Coordinate scheduling for orders based in material lead times and arrival dates. Provide follow-up to customers. Work closely with and provides support to Planning/Scheduling and project personnel to prepare, execute and follow shipping plans for company initiatives such as procure department supplies and coordinate project shipments and logistics. Helps to maintain inventory traceability and accuracy. Typically requires at least seven years of experience. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
Position Comments: Internal position title: Construction Materials Coordinator.

Driving on the slope will be part of this job, successful candidate should have valid drivers license.

NSTC Card is required. Valid State of Alaska Drivers license is required
