The Company:
Our major oil and gas client is seeking a Construction Scheduler for a one year opportunity in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania.

The Role:
Ensure that the established planning and scheduling methodology is followed in developing project schedule
Ensure Subcontractor compliance with established scheduling methodology and manage Subcontractor performance.
Plan & coordinate the schedule development process
Support the development of the Work Breakdown Structure to support project delivery
Develop Project Milestone and Progress tracking baselines
Perform analysis of schedule data; communicating trends, issues, and areas requiring attention to the Project Team
Coordinate monthly schedule reporting, including schedule forecast updates and schedule contingency management
Perform Critical Path Analysis.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or extended experience in construction scheduling.
5-10 years project experience in schedule management including site / construction scheduling.
Working experience with Primavera 6.0 is required
Working experience in upstream Project Services organization.
Must have a “Team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment among multiple projects and ability to support ad-hoc requests.
