The Role:
• To manage execution of construction and installation aspects of a project. The purpose of the position is to ensure that contracted resources with the required construction skill set and capability exist within the operations group and projects group
• Functional reporting line to the Construction Manager with a daily dotted line to the OIM for alignment of planned work scopes.
• Knowledge and skills in process piping fabrication, installation, project management and managing construction execution activities within the petrochemical industry (both onshore and offshore environment)
• Reports to Construction Manager / Project Manager for the purposes of obtaining direction related to work flow and safety

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Skilled in the scope and application of required technical assurance processes
• Ability to manage interfaces and work closely alongside project and operations teams during construction activities
• Ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome
• Team player mind-set with ability to interface with teams in different locations
• Ability to drive and deliver assurance activities for the projects in line with contract expectations
• Experience in implementing measures to achieve leading practice contractor safety performance
• Self-starter with a strong delivery focus and good problem solving and analytical skills
