The Company:
A leading Australian coal seam gas explorer and producer focused on developing its world-class reserves for domestic and international supply.

The Role:
The Crew Leader / Construction Supervisor is responsible for the field survey clearance and infrastructure location selection of the site. Supervising the site clearance, you will ensure that all stakeholders (Environmental, H&S, Land Access, Engineering and Construction) complete the site field clearance and submit the required reports. You will supervise and direct the site survey and the reports generated from the field reviews.

You will have substantial experience of surveying and construction CSG (or similar) infrastructure including HDPE and Steel pipes, and earth works such as access roads. A proven track record coordinating and leading multi-disciplined teams is essential.

You will have the ability to make critical decisions at site, challenge others in a constructive manner and negotiate with internal groups to influence decisions or ways of working. The ability to confidently make decision and effectively communicate your decision making is essential, as are your strong leadership attributes.

This role is a site based role and requires a good level of physical health and fitness.

Working to a 19 and 9 rotation, this position is for 12 months.
