The Role:
Title: Construction Supervisor for Jacket and Piles

- To be a key part of the site management team and provide assistance and support to the CSR and other team members.
- Take the lead on all construction activities and to ensure that the Muara Yard mobilisation and jacket and piles construction activities are always performed in a safe manner using best practice.
- To establish a relationship with the EPC Contractor team based on a positive and pro-active approach to problem solving.
- To give clear instructions and responsibilities to members of the Construction Team (both Contractor and Company) to ensure that they feel at ease and motivated.
- To promote a site environment where attention to detail and conscientious behaviour are key site behaviours with respect to safety, quality and good engineering practice.
- To make necessary arbitration between different disciplines, the only criteria being the benefit of the overall project.
- To maintain good relationships with Contractors, being pragmatic but also strict when necessary to achieve the objectives of the Project.
- To work autonomously and provide experienced support to less experienced members of the team by your example and by your efforts and time taken to show and explain to others correct methods and ways of working.
- Any other work of a similar nature as may be requested by COMPANY.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- More than 10 years onshore construction experience including large structural assemblies such as jackets, modules, topsides.
- Conscientious and professional attitude towards personnel safety, quality and delivery of the project goals.
- Can display a motivation and willingness to assist others and work as part of a team regardless of the circumstances and especially with those who may be less experienced.
- Comfortable and able to communicate fluently and clearly on different levels i.e. from site workers/teams to management level where required.
- Knowledge of the Company rules and specifications particularly GS-EP-STR-301 would be beneficial.
- Good Communication skills and fluency in English.
