The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
•To supervise and ensure follow-up of contractors’ activities at Contractor workshop and TEPB facilities (Onshore and Offshore).
•To ensure that all Contractor’activities (at workshop and on TEPB sites) comply withCompany rules and GS.
•To assist/help the Construction Superintendent during all the project phases.
•To ensure the good preparation phase with contractor prior to the work execution at site.
•To ensure awareness of and compliance with HSE rules and regulations by subordinates and contractors.

•To ensure compliance with all HSE rules and procedures during the execution of works, regardless of whether the works are performed by Company staff or contractors.
•To ensure that safe working practices are used by the team and the various contractors, reporting any irregularities.
•To participate in and conduct tool-box meetings.
•To handle the technical aspects of PTW (permit to work) requests, Job Risk Assessment Meeting (JSEA).
•To assist the Contract Managers or Project Manager in preparing construction dossiers (e.g. modification requests) with the Construction Superintendent.
•To assist the Construction Superintendent in checking the clearance of working area on site.
•To organise site visits for CFTs (calls for tenders), providing clarification as necessary.
•To coordinate site works in close cooperation with the OIM-RSES.
•To prepare completion certificates.
•To prepare weekly and/or daily reports to his hierarchical superiors.
•To carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by his hierarchical superiors.
•To create PR based on the MTO submitted by the Engineering Department.
•To assist technically C&P during material procurement.
•To represent Represent Company in meetings with Contractors and Engineering Companies.
•To provide support during the evaluation of a technical decision/design, the recommendation to award a contract and the review of an engineering study.
•To supervise/witness/follow-up activities at Contractor Workshop and at TEPB site.
•To propose, take and follow up on corrective actions as required.

Joint Venture is a concession under production with 2 offshore platforms and a processing plant. The exploration of new reserves is nearing completion and results allow targeting an extension of the current Gas Sales Agreement (expiring in 2013) and an increase of the production rate. This implies a new phase of development (additional well-head platform and revamping of onshore facilities) with higher Pressure & Temperature ratings.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Petroleum technician with or without experience in construction activities.
•Multi-discipline skills (Piping, Instrumentation) are required.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in similar job within the Group.
•Interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt and to discuss with contractors.
•English level
