They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK

The Role:
◦Support the Construction Manager and Construction Team.
◦In close liaison with the Logistics Co-ordinator and Onshore Construction Focal Point, manage the rota for the offshore Construction teams including raising of mobilisation forms, maintaining and updating electronic rota held onshore,
◦Monitor new start mobilisation and co-ordinate first trip assessments.
◦Manage holiday bookings and accruals for the team.
◦Assist with the close out of pay queries and expense claims.
◦As required, arrange meetings, both internally and externally, with clients and other relevant bodies including compiling and distributing all necessary papers for meetings in advance.
◦Organise and facilitate team building events including booking of venues, co-ordination of invites and attendees, associated travel and accommodation, advising of any relevant payments, etc.
◦Support and improve team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices
◦Prepare documentation, general correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes and materials for project teams.
◦Assist with compilation of workpack hard copies
◦Order stationary
◦Assist with processing orders for PPE
◦Ad hoc tasks as required
◦As directed by Construction Focal Point undertake general printing and filing duties

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
◦Working knowledge of MS Office Software essential
◦Must demonstrate good organisational skills
◦Must be able to work to tight deadlines and deal with multiple priorities

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
◦Previous experience acting as a Technical Assistant to an onshore construction group preferred.
◦Previous experience in administrating offshore flight rotas preferred
