The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The role is required to optimise and manage the use of contingent labour across the business. The objective of the role will be to embed the Contingent Labour Policy, and work with functions to challenge non-compliance and address issues or concerns.

The role will aim to deliver functional contingent labour requirements, in the right way and at the right cost, and will do so by way of forecasting contingent labour requirements, assisting in rate card development, benchmarking and review, and by addressing extraordinary rates/tenure/other risks. Additionally, the role will, along with other CWBPs and the HR Manager for Contingent Labour, be responsible for driving the Contingent Labour strategy.

Skills Required:
Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
Ability to develop and foster stakeholder relationships at all levels
Ability to solve problems creatively and to constructively challenge established practice
Ability to source and analyse data and make informed strategic recommendations

Skills Preferred: Experience in a Corporate environment - Experience/knowledge of the recruitment/temporary staffing industry and market - Experience/knowledge of employment law - PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills - desirable

Education Required: University Degree desirable but not essential if relevant experience - Certified Contingent Worker Professional qualification desirable, but no specific qualifications/training essential
