The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
The position of Contract Administrator is based on the Downstream project team for the Wheatstone LNG project that has just received FID.

The role will provide contract administration support to the Downstream Contracts team, including:

• Adherence to Project contracts management procedures;
• Raising and maintaining contract commitments and Work Requests in the contract management system;
• Issuing contract related correspondence to contractors;
• Ensure all contract related documentation is stored and maintained in relevant document management system(s);
• Archiving of contracts and commercial information;
• Reviewing monthly payment claims and invoices;
• Assist with preparation of tender and conformed contract documents;
• Co-ordinating contract related approvals with relevant stakeholders;
• Formatting contract related documents, including tenders, contracts, reports, correspondence

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Business, Supply Chain and/or legal credentials preferred, college degree required in related field.
Contract Administration experience, contract administration of large contracts (over $100 MM in value), services contracts within the construction, engineering, oil and gas (preferred) or resource sector.
Knowledge and understanding of the entire contract management cycle from pre-award contract activities to contract close out.
Competent user of databases and document management systems.
Strong written and oral communication skills, ongoing attention to detail, and able to work independently with little supervision.
Maintains strict confidentiality and data privacy guidelines and able to safeguard highly sensitive information from inappropriate access. Customer focused and can work well with all levels in the organization.
Able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
