The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Ariba reporting:
• Tracking of contract expiries for the category group
• Ariba contract data QA/QC. Ensuring dates and values reflect paperwork
• Running reports for Contract Owners and Advisors on funding Primavera Category Planning:
• Upload new contracts into the software, setting milestones and completions dates with Contract Advisor/Category Manager
• Review dates and milestones
• Run reports Vendor Management:
• Adding new vendors into systems liaising with finance team Supplier Qualification:-
• Compile risk assessments and vendor information, with advice from Contract Advisors
• Enter and maintain information in ariba supplier qualification module, liaising with Contract Advisors
• Compile SQ questionnaires
• Store completed questionnaires and arrange relevant Subject matter Expert (SME) access for review
• Assist SME’s/CA’s with clarifications as required Contract Administration:-
• Supporting contracting activities, handling entry-level contracts activities
• Assisting CA’s/CO’s with completion of Contract paperwork, where required Document Management:-
• Be proficient in Company’s document management system Quality Control:-
• Ensure all signatures are on required paperwork provided by CA’s

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous Contracts Administration experience preferred.
Previous experience in the Oil and Gas Industry preferred.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Highest Proficiency in Word and Excel is essential.
Exceptionally strong attention to detail, great communication skills, attentive to instructions, team player, safety observant, patient can work effectively on their own with little supervision and within a team environment.
