The Company:
Our client is an international operator in the oil and gas industry.

The Role:
Assignment Type Fixed Term - 36 months
Department Contracts Administration
Reports to Contract Holder & Project Manager

Main Job Function:
To develop and implement Contract Management and Administration processes, methodologies and best practices.
Key Responsibility Areas:
 To coordinate day to day contract Administration activities, ensuring contractor compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
 To perform contract analysis in order to monitor the achievement of Project goals
 To ensure that all aspects of the contract are complied with in an auditable manner and that cost schedule and HSE risks are minimised
 To assist contract Holders in all matter of legality, tax, insurance, warranty, bond, liquidated damages and penalties.
 To guarantee an efficient resolution of contractual problems, with the management of claims and variations produced during the contract execution
 To contribute to the development of lessons learned
 To maintain Contract holder file with special regard to transparency and traceability of all decisions made during the contract duration
 To supervise Contractors performance during the implementation of the work
 Monitor/Develop CA control tools (Registers etc)
 Keep track of Variations, changes to work and options
 Perform and manage contractual claims and keep track of correspondence
 Keep informed identified stakeholders on contract performance

Main interfaces:
Internal: Engineering team, construction manager/team, Commossioning manager/team, Site Manager, Procurement team, Expediter, HSE team
External: Local authourities, equivalent contractors & subcontractors positions



• Technical Specification & Bidding: Tender technical evaluation
• Compliance: Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Tender procedure, Health of Site Management, Agreement.
• Economics: Cost estimation, Cost Analysis and control

Candidate Specifications:

• Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English. Intermediate/good knowledge of the specific Country language is preferred.
• Organisational Processes: Company Organisation, Construction project organization, internalprocedures, Procurement Process, Project management process.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry both onshore and offshore
• Extensive Years of Experience in Contracts Administration
