The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Our Client is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support the Upstream Contracts team.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Assisting the Contracts Advisors with the preparation, conforming and assembly of project contracts
• Assisting Contracts Advisors with contract evaluation process through to award
• Ad-Hoc clerical/admin and general support including contract correspondence
• Ensuring contractors invoices are being processed and paid in accordance with contract conditions

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ideally you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with senior stakeholders in the business
• Develop and maintain professional networks to assist the organizations strategic objectives

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
• Past contract administrator roles including contractor payments, variations and general contract administration including resolution of queries
