The Company:
The Contracts Administration Position will support the client Contracts team in tactical Contracts Administration Activities.

The Role:
Primary Job activities include:
Obtain approval signatures for contract documents
Develop and maintain Contracts files
Print and / or scan Contracts documents as required for signature or upload into Ariba
Develop index for electronic Contract files; work with team to standardize if required; administer transition of electronic files from one system to another
Coordinate, implement and maintain Contract processes and procedures; assist with development of contracting procedures
Assist with preparation and / or review of Contracts, Work Authorizations, Change Orders, Service Orders, Affiliate Work Orders
Upload contract documents into Ariba (contract System) (experience is not required - training will be provided) and manage all approval flows
Support other Contract Administrator in maintaining the Contract Register
Report any contract administration issues / challenges to Project Management

Manage Letters and Correspondence with Contractors

Secondary Job Activities:
Support the development and maintenance of Project Contract Administration Processes
Prepare RFP documentation and Evaluation procedures
Coordinate with all Subject Matter Experts required for approvals of contracts; integrate their requirements and obtain approvals
Prepare and respond to Contractor correspondence
