The Company:
Our Client is an independent Australian oil and gas company playing a key role in supplying energy to our region.

They are one of the world’s leading producers of liquefied natural gas, helping meet the demands for cleaner energy from Japan, China, Korea and other countries in the Asia Pacific region.

The Role:
For our client we are looking for a Contract & Procurement Administrator to assist with data migration, analytics, and administration to ensure the efficient, effective and timely supply of materials and services to internal customers in compliance with the company’s policies and operating standards. This will be done through:

• Assisting with the development and effective execution of procurement strategies that satisfy customer requirements and meet the objectives of the business
• Managing supplier performance to ensure compliance and material & service availability
• Actively liaising across the supply chain to support the business.

On offer is a 4 months Perth based contract with attractive remuneration.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum education level to Year 12. You will have knowledge of procurement practices including commercial and the end to end supply chain within the Oil & Gas industry. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and well developed analytical and problem solving skills. Previous experience in materials, services, repairs / refurbishment buying, or commercial is desirable.
