The Role:
Purpose: To support the department in the activities related to the procurement process.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

This is a temporary position for a one year period to support contract management and administration of the Procurement Department, in line with eni organisational policies and procedures.

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
- Comply with rules and standards described in Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures;
- Report all incidents;
- Motivate staff and colleagues to comply with HSE rules and standards; and
- Participate in HSE related initiatives.
Main Interfaces:

INTERNAL :
• Intradepartmental & interdepartmental
• Management
• Internal Audit
• Eni HQ

EXTERNAL :
• Vendors, Contractor Suppliers
• Partner, Authorities (when required)
• External Auditors

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Only candidates who already hold the right to work in Vietnam will be considered
Qualifications & Experience:
• High level of professional and personal integrity
• Good degree of computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
• Working experience in Oil & Gas Industry is an advantage
• Previous working experience with ENI is a plus
