The Role:
Coordinates, develops, and executes various project contracting activities.
* Participates and executes the contracting strategies, bid evaluation procedures, contract administration procedures.
* Coordinate and prepares of final contract documents, contract administration assistance, and preparation and administration of all 3rd party contracts and service orders.
* Participate and support EPCI bid document preparation (in conjunction with the ITB Bid Coordinator), bid request, evaluation, contractor selection and contract negotiations, bid analysis, contractor selection and contract negotiation processes.
* Lead role in the administration of major contracts, including Change Management, lien waivers, insurance, claims mitigation & closeout. Ensure all corporate compliance needs of contracts are satisfied including insurance certificates, authority levels, approvals, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act etc. Ensure all Project JV requirements regarding Contracting process are satisfied.
* Provide primary interface with the various Chevron Legal and Contracting groups to finalize contract documents.
* Provide support/advices in both services and material/product contract

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related field.
* At least 3-5 years' experience in administering and formulating Oil and Gas commercial contracts. Oil and Gas Procurement experience with RFI, RFQ, RFP (e.g. Equipment, Tagged Items, Bulks), AVL, etc., is a definite plus
* Excellent communication skills in Thai/English both written & speaking are required.
* Superior skills with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and familiar with internet and computer applications are essential.
* Have strong knowledge in US legal terms and contract language definitions
