The Role:
Co-ordinate Contract Engineer team and assist the Services & Control Manager in the preparation of the Call For Tender, ensure follow up of the preparation of Package Main Contracts (contractual and commercial documents) with Package Contract engineers, Package managers & Project Controls Managers (depending on projects).
Co-ordinate contract administrator team and follow up all contract issues throughout contract Execution phase. Liase with Head Quarter when necessary.
Ensure reporting of Contract activities of the entity and define and put in place KPIs

Prepare or supervise the technical contracts in accordance with rules and procedures.
Preparation or supervise the preparation of the pre-qualification dossier and pre-qualification procedure
Co-ordinate the preparation of the contract using standard forms
Participate to negotiation, Attend to the clarification meetings and reply to the Contractors requests for clarifications
Participate to the decision process for contract attribution
Contractual/commercial support to Package Contract Engineers during the Contract execution phase
Participate to the settlement of dispute together with legal, insurance and finance specialists
Propose improvement of CA referential, participate to its evolution
Participate to suppliers and contractors evaluation and follow up
Ensure Contract Activities Reporting of the entity (contract negotiation progress, amount committed, COs, Approval from partners and Sonangol, dispute and claims,...)
Prepare Contract & Procurement procedures and ensure implementation
Liaise with Legal/TDOCA and DARAG to ensure best practices for contracting

Ensure compliance of contracting activities is in accordance with TEPA requirements and procedures.
Ensure latest Legal/TDOCA/DARAG requirements are incorporated into contracts
Ensure full audit traceability during preparation and execution including proper filing of the Contract & Procurement related documents according the document filing system.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualification : Engineer or Management School
Professional Experience (number of years) : 10
Experience of contract (number of years) : 5 years mainly on EPCI contracts for surface or subsea installations
Mobility is required for this service.
Contract, writing, negociation : good competences required
Language : English fluent, French is a +
