The Role:
• Act as a critical interface with the various Legal, HSE, Finance and Controller Departments on contract related issues to ensure compliance to company Standards, Policies and Procedures. Establish processes to manage interface as required
• Work with managers from other areas and their teams to contribute to the development of contracting strategies, plans and tactics.
• Lead project teams in the preparation of bid documents, prequalification documents, bid requests, bid evaluations, contract negotiations and contractor selection.
• Ensure compliance with Company’s Contracts & Procurement policies and procedures.
• Define and achieve agreement on the contracting strategy for assigned contracts.
• Ensure that applied contracting processes comply with Company Business Ethics.
• Prepare tender documents and coordinate the Tendering Process (preparation of tender package, tenderers management during tender period, opening, evaluation and award).
• Review tender responses and provide recommendations to contractual and commercial matters that may arise when tendering (including tax, insurance and guarantee issues).
• Participate in contracts negotiation, ensuring contracting strategy objectives.
• Perform Contract Administration activities: contractor’s management, change management, performance management, indemnification & claims adjudication, and close out.
• Monitor performance of contractor based on KPI’s as established in contract.
• Prepare business case and contracts Reports (including analysis of contractor’s and sub-contractors submissions, including recommendations as to appropriate response/course of action).
• Maintain and implement contract templates and update as per corporate requirements.
• Collect and file all relevant tendering process data in a logical and functional state in order to provide a proper audit trail to the Contracting Process.
• Serve as a key contact point for audits.
• Ensure that executed project contract agreements are entered and maintained in the Database System (SAP) in a way that eases the Contractor invoice payment and accounting purposes.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Preferred Thai nationality
• Possess university degree in engineering, business or commercial based disciplines.
• Languages: English very fluent. Spanish would be an advantage
• High level skills with MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.), SRM and SAP/MM.
• Ability to balance and prioritize work. Team worker.
• Proactive and service oriented worker
• High commercial acumen and business sense, ambitious and ready to meet the challenge.
• Strong & proven interpersonal, influencing & stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Extensive understanding of Procurement and Contracts and best practices in EP environment.
• A minimum of 7 years of recent experience in Service Contracts in O&G Industry–E&P, mainly pre-award. Significant part of the experience in the Drilling & Completions area would be an advantage Also valuable in facilities and support services
