The Role:
Responsibilities
•Comply with our client’s HSSE, ethical and diversity expectations in all PSCM activities.
•Implement PSCM processes in order to ensure compliance with functional policies.
•Participate in the Supplier Management process including reporting.
•Implement strategies that align with our client's’s overall business objectives.
•Provide direction throughout the contract execution process including across Contract Management, Claims and VOs and Measurement
•Point Person for CAM to turn to in the event of claims or variations or contract clarifications
•Negotiate claims and variations to settlement or escalation with the FPSO EPC Contractor

Deliverables
•Ensure personal safety is observed at all times and all work is performed within the framework of our client’s Code of Conduct, Compliance & Ethics and HSSE Policies.
•Utilise and embed standard PSCM Common Process, PSCM systems and tools (including Maximo, Ariba and ProCon), Market Intelligence and Performance Management processes.
•Ensure compliance with GPO contracting and variation procedures and PSA requirements.
•Implement strategies to optimise communication, negotiation and measurement of claims and variations
•Maintain exemplary and faultless contract communication record and documentation files.
•Work closely with Supplier Quality Management to reduce the cost of poor quality contract execution scope.
•Act in a coordinated and considered manner with the Contract Lead for Clair Ridge.
•Timely preparation of commercial and contractual variation documentation and co-ordination of all other documentation
•Work with GPO and suppliers' personnel to ensure that contract goals and objectives are met.
•Attend various internal/external coordination meetings.
•Maintain high standard of delivery to CAMs.
•Work with Claims and VOs lead and Measurement lead to coordinate activity across shared resource to manage claims, variations and measurement activity.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Extensive experience in Oil and Gas PSCM position.
•Offshore Oil and Gas Projects background with track record of delivery on similar floating or topside fabrication contracts.
•Contract Execution Mastery
•Substantial experience in negotiating with HHI, SHI or DSME claims and variation
•Degree in Business or Technical discipline preferred though vocational experience essential.
•Track record of proven contract management.
•Extensive experience in Oil and Gas PSCM position.
•Offshore Oil and Gas Projects background with track record of delivery on similar floating
