The Role:
Contract Analyst

Job Summary
To provide professional services for the acquisition of goods and service to all disciplines at commercial most attractive condition and comply with legal condition to
meet the specified requirement and support plant availability to ensure the highest company profitability will be obtained including formulating and implementing contract and
procurement strategic on initiatives for third party.

Major Responsibilities
1 To formulate, implement contracting and procurement strategies for the acquisition including initiatives for third party goods and services both local and oversea. To provide professional services of supply chain in the development of major contracts.
2 To implement and follow the contracting and procurement plan to ensure plans contribute to business targets.
3 To provide professional skill of supplier sourcing process and negotiation to formulate contract and agreements.
4 To ensure adherence to framework of business control in-line with laid down policies and procedures.
5 Facilitate appraisals of potential vendors jointly with engineers, technologists, end-users. To lead in the review of existing contracts and the performance evaluation of suppliers / contractors.
6 To monitor service level agreements with business and ensure the operational requirement are satisfied.
9 To provide contracting and procurement guideline and/or support to stakeholder and accounts payable section on vetting and paying invoices.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

• University graduate with a relevant Bachelor Degree, preferably Law or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years purchasing experience with multinational company, preferably in the petrochemical field, at least two out of the five years experience should involve
negotiating and administering contracts for services and blanket orders for goods.
• Good command of English (orally and in writing) and a sound understanding of legal language
• Experience in translating legal language from Thai to English and vice versa
